The Motor Vehicle Accident System is an accumulation of all reported motor vehicle accidents in the user's jurisdiction.  Each record contains all information relative to the accident.  A remarks area can be used for the officer's written report.  There are supporting sections for Vehicles, Injured, and Property information, when required to complete the report.
